Whether you visit CentralTrak once a week or haven't been in years - we welcome YOU to the always-free-of-charge art space that functions as a “community center” for the North Texas art scene. As one of our guests, patrons or collaborators you have helped CentralTrak evolve. Your contributions whether they be monetary or participatory benefit a program that serves us all.
With university-support dwindling over the past few years, our community has stepped forward to keep CentralTrak vibrant and vital. From our full-year schedule of exhibitions to our bi-monthly drawing group to our artist’s talks and panel discussions to our experimental music series, CentralTrak is providing you with a variety of opportunities to engage with the arts and with your community.
We know how much CentralTrak is valued – Dallas tells us so. We were awarded “Best Art Space” this year by the Dallas Observer, a real honor considering Dallas’ arts scene. And D Magazine named CentralTrak one of “The Five Most Important North Texas Arts Organizations for Artists.” People just like you make this possible - people willing to invest time, energy and interest.
And yes, we’re still importing artists, writers and curators from all over the world - we're busy introducing Dallas to talent from places as diverse as Vietnam, Slovakia, Nigeria, Israel, Cuba, Mexico, New York, New Orleans, Austin, Houston... the list goes on and our reputation grows. CentralTrak is connecting Dallas to a global contemporary art scene, while emphasizing education AND community.
Thanks for your support! Show us some love – We’ll love you back!
